Duplicate Rtsp connections...

Hello Flashphoner support:

I got an issue where if I use the rtsp protocol to make my edge server connect to my main server, the connection will get duplicated sometimes. This occurs once in a while. Is there a way to avoid this issue?

The attached file shows the situation. Please help. Thank you.

We could not reproduce this in our tests.
Please describe how do you test this.

from /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer
and send to helpdesk@flashphoner.com

If you are using one of the latest builds you can run report.sh script located in /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/bin
It creates tar.gz report in the same directory.

we have been testing build 2025
