Stream edited live video through WebRTC

Is there a way to stream edited (green screen) live video through WebRTC? (I tried wirecast but rtmp has 1-2 sec latency)
Any other client that can stream directly through WebRTC?

You can use Chrome browser as a publisher application.
In the chrome browser you can choose Wirecast Virtual Cam.
So you can edit video in Wirecast but use Chrome as WebRTC streamer for low latency.
