What is external camera? Do you mean back camera?

no. if i connect my phone with external camera with wifi or bluetooth. then can i stream from that camera?

You need a third party software on your android device.
The software should capture stream from wi-fi camera source and re-publish this stream by RTMP to Facebook or YouTube.

WCS server is currently not tested with capturing wi-fi RTSP source and re-publishing by RTMP.
So this function is not currently available.
