Video submission issues with Safari 12.1

Sorry I didn't had time to respond to the previous message for recording examples.

I've installed the build and tested it on Safari this time removing 'periodic_fir_request=true' and 'video_incoming_buffer_size=100' from the flashphoner.properties file and Safari now works.

Good day.
That's fine.
But we recommend to enable 'periodic_fir_request=true', otherwise MacOS browsers (not only Safari, Chrome too) may sent keyframes too rare if there is no movement in frame (still picture).
