Solved change root by ec2-user

Hi, I'm trying to connect by ssh with amazon aws using this command: ssh -i "key.pem" root@ec**-**-**-**-***.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com but appears "Permission denied (publickey)" I need connect to fix the new ip.
