hardware acceleration is enabled in browser, if using web cam as source and stream to browser, it is using hardware decode. but don't know why if the source is from the rtsp, it is using software decode.

I enabled the extended log, and once the case is happened, i will try to collect the log.

I tried again, using VLC player to direct connect to the RTSP, and use WCS to connect to the RTSP at the same time, after about a few hrs, the VIDEO RATE is changed to 0, but the VLC player is still playing without problem.
