howling echoes between two video chats

Hello,
I have problem when two users are talking each-other using video-chat , the sound is amplified with echoes or howling noise. Is anything I con do to reduce this echoes?

Hello,

Try turning off microphone boost. Also, the issue could be due to the headset being used.
Otherwise, depending on the media provider being used, echo cancellation can be turned on.
Please let know which media provider (WebRTC or Flash) you are using.
