Hi,

I bought a one-month subscription and it got expired yesterday and now I can't able to publish any streams. I can understand due to license expiration the streams are not allowed to publish.
But according to this link, it should have two days due https://docs.flashphoner.com/display/WCS52EN/Billing#Billing-Debitandlicenserenewingprocedure. right?

Also If I renew my subscription, will my servers can able to publish streams immediately with the license I already purchased as it is now in production?

Also I like to know apart from monthly subscription, is there any yearly subscription?

But according to this link, it should have two days due

If your license is in PAST DUE (5 days grace period), you will be able to renew.
If your license is EXPIRED, you won't be able to renew from your end. Please contact sales@flashphoner.com with your license / order number.

Publishing will be restored in 15 minutes without restart or immediately after WCS restart.

There are no annual plans for now. But you can consider the Standalone License https://flashphoner.com/simple-license

To establish a stable monthly subscription, please use "Automated billing" option. This will prevent subscription stop in production.

But it expired yesterday. Just want to make sure to know the exact grace period.
