Hi support,
i lost the password to access on the flahphoner gui. How can i recover or reset it?

If you have version 5.2.x
1. Find file /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/conf/database.yml
2. Edit line:

admin:{username: admin, password: 21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3, active: true}

The hash "21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3" is hashed "admin" word.
3. Restart server

service webcallserver restart

4. Log in as "admin admin"

If you have version 5.1.x
1. Stop server

service webcallserver stop

2. Remove files from folder /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/database
3. Start server

service webcallserver restart
