RTSP Stream Falied

Hello,
I have two WCS one paid(Server A) and one trial(Server B),
i have one RTMP stream which works on Server A but never work on Server B

What WCS version you use on server B?
In your log files we can only see that stream does not play. Please, collect debug logs as described on this page and send all gathered information, including config files, to support@flashphoner.com.

We recommend to update WCS version on server B to 5.1.3511. Here is described how to update WCS from 5.0 to 5.1.

thanks everything works perfectly now,
now i have encoder,i server which generate rtmp stream and one WCS 5.1 which broadcast the stream is there any feature that i can do WCS to get input from hardware directly and stream directly ?
how can i add stream directly to WCS 5.1
can you guide me what configuration server is good for
1 stream -> 1000 Viewer,
2 stream -> 1000 Viewer,
3 stream -> 1000 Viewer.

how can i add stream directly to WCS 5.1

You can stream to WCS 5.1 using WebRTC, RTMP, RTSP protocols. Your hardware must support one of this protocols. Most devices supports RTMP or RTSP.
