The habit of waking up no later than the fifth morning and lie down no later than a tenth evening changed my life. For 500 days I live in this mode and I can say with confidence that this is one of the most effective periods of my life.
I am a person who wakes up at 5 o'clock in the morning because it's my time. I like to get up early and change, work and give time to myself. And it's not just so, because I invest in myself, and therefore invest in my future.
