So after long investigation we resolved this is was from our side, certificate for hook that was connecting to amazon has been expired and it didn't log any error on that cause.

We checked and rechecked by your info provided and hook script does not call, recordings are stored in default folder. How can i see hook script log?

Some times HLS player doesn't work on safari that why we used WSPlayer, is it possible to output sound by separate channel ?

Dear Max, we have issue with sound on mac and iPhone canvas player has some funky sound. Quality is like from radio station. Is it possible to increase quality of sound , I have looked at documentation and could not find any clue on this.

Thank you for this info but I don't think its good idea to transcode all stream just to get snapshot maybe we can set another solution for example separate plugin to do this without transcoding?

The issue is that REST and WEBSDK is not suitable because they do not provide resize for snapshot and size of snapshot is too big if we could have size value it would be cool.

So whats happen if snapshot reaches 2147483647 limit?
