Audio Bitrate Broken in Latest Chrome

When specifying the audio bitrate, the following error is thrown:

This only occurs in the latest version of Chrome.

A temporary fix is to not specify the audio bitrate.

This can be reproduced from the Media Devices demo.

The issue has been fixed in the latest Web SDK v. 0.5.28.2747-06d2d2a39009005b32eadc091d7618750e982fd8.
(Included into WCS v. 5.1.3601.)
