We installed the WebCall server on "https://buckwormvideos.com:9091/login.xhtml"


We are having issues on Safari, Mac and iOS.

On Safari, iOS, we are not able to publish or stream from the demo page. It just says "FAILED". (I was not able to upload the error image here because it gives me the extension error message for some reason when I upload that screenshot): https://buckwormvideos.com:8888/dashboard.xhtml

On Safari, Mac, I am able to publish and play on the demo page : https://buckwormvideos.com:8888/dashboard.xhtml. Our work flow requires that we call this server from a different domain "http://buckworm.com/; (this is the url for publishing: https://buckworm.com/customers/newTestPublisher.php?stramName=buckwormTest)

This works for Chrome but does not work for Safari. I was able to publish and play on safari without any issues from here: https://buckwormvideos.com:8888/dashboard.xhtml

But having issues on the buckworm.com domain page above. I get the flash player window asking me if I want to allow the webcam permission. when I click on Allow, nothing happens at all. The camera does not open up at all. Neither am I able to play a published stream on safari Mac and iOS.

iOS Safari does not support video publishing.
Apple announces WebRTC support for iOS Safari this year.
So with iOS Safari you can just play a stream. Not publish.

If you want to publish from iOS, you have to consider native iOS app and iOS SDK.

I am also getting the same problem on iOS Chrome. When I hit publish, it says "Failed" - Ref: https://buckwormvideos.com:8888/dashboard.xhtml

It works for me if I enable Adobe Flash Player plugin in my Safari browser on Mac Sierra.
Settings - Security - Plugins - Enable Adobe Flash Player
When I do this, I'm able to publish stream from your page:
https://buckworm.com/customers/newTestPublisher.php?stramName=buckwormTest
Then I'm able to play stream from your page:
https://buckworm.com/customers/newSubscriber.php?stramName=buckwormTest

iOS Safari 11 beta 3 supports WebRTC.
Currently we are working on adaptation of iOS Safari 11 beta to our API (Web SDK).
And we are waiting for iOS Safari 11 release from Apple this year.

No. It won't work on iOS.
Only option is iOS Safari 11 for now. And it is in beta state.
