No Audio during our trials

It seems all our tests came through in video only with any audio. We tryed to test from multiple devices with no luck!

I hope you can help us overcome this issue soon so that we can resume our trial period and not waste any of it.

Using WCS version: FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.1.3670

Thank you so much for your response on this matter. I just tested version 3674 and it seems to work fine with me on Chrome Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit). What do I need to do to replicate this experience on our server?
Do I have to wait for you to publish this version?
Will I find the same results with the mobile apps too?
What do I do to make up for the wasted time on our tail period?

3674 is already released:

Anyway 3670 should be working too.
Please provide SSH sudo access and dashboard admin password. We will check it on your server.

Yes sound should work well on all devices. You have to test.

If you trial period is ended you can request extension from support@flashphoner.com

Hello,

Your server has CentOS 6.9. The recommended distribution package is CentOS 7.x.
The problem is that glibc_2.17 is not found (the error can be seen in the server log).
It is recommended to upgrade to CentOS 7.
