Problem Starting Web Call Server

Hello,
When we tried to start the Web Call Server, we get the following error:
15:06:22,082 ERROR HikariPool - localhost-startStop-1 HikariPool-1 - Exception during pool initialization.
org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: Database may be already in use: "/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.3499/database/wcs_manager.mv.db". Possible solutions: close all other connection(s); use the server mode [90020-184]

We are using Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

Hello.
Please reboot your server to make sure no other process locks the database, then start WCS.
