Streaming issue with HikVision DVR

Update: Disregards. I have figured out the issue, it works ok now.

I am testing the WCS on the demo page to stream from below RTSP source but not able to stream anything, it just keep spinning. The connection appears to be established successfully, just that it keep spinning.
The HIKVision DVR is configure to stream at H.264 codec with resolution 1280x720. I did try lower the resolution but problem still persist.
