Upload SSL Certificates error

There have been some database changes in previous server versions, therefore the SQLGrammarException. To open Security | Certificates, it would be necessary to remove WCS_HOME/database/wcs_manager.mv.db and restart the server.
If you had any changes in the database made using CLI (e.g., REST apps and REST methods), they would have to be restored manually. It is recommended to back up files from WCS_HOME/database, so that their content could be restored.
