If you set the video on each of the two computers, the video speed will change after a certain period of time.

How can we reproduce this?
1. Server version.
2. Browser version.
3. How to test. Just open in two players?
4. What is stream source? RTMP, RTSP, WebRTC?
4. What do you mean speed. FPS? latency?
Could you provide a screen recording of low speed video.
We need more detail information to setup test case.
