Call Not connect on some devices with custom serve

I have integrate flashphoner video call in android. When I use flashphoner url (wss://wcs5-eu.flashphoner.com:8443/) then it work perfectly on RedMi Note3, Samsung, Nexus, micromax, LGK10. After changing flashPhoner server url to my customize server url then connection failed only on RedMi Note 3. On other device it works.

Please suggest what is the problem.

Good day.
Please clarify your case:
1. What WCS version and Android SDK version do you use?
2. What application do you implement: streamer, player or SIP call?
3. Check if sample web application works in browser on RedMi Note 3.
4. Check if your application connects to url ws://your_server:8080/
5. Did you set up SSL certificate on your server as described here?

1. wcs version - 5.1.399, Android target sdk version - 27, RedMi Os version - Android 7
2. Video-chat app from sample
3. I had open my server url on chrome browser on RedMi Note3 and Samsung J2. There is a message ' waiting for someone to join this room' on RedMi but on Samsung J2 there is no such message.
Currently sample url not works(wss://wcs5-eu.flashphoner.com:8443/ and ws://192.168.0.1:8080/ )
4. our server url contains - 8080

We had setting enabled:

disable_rest_requests=true

That's why it didn't work on our demo server.
