Try to add setting:
rtsp_interleaved_mode=false
into flashphoner.properties config
then do
Code:
service webcallserver restart
If it does not help, please share your RTSP cam for external connection
You can send RTSP URL to logs@flashphoner.com or here.
If you can't share IP camera, please zip and send logs and conf to the same email.
Code:
/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/logs
/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/conf

We have received RTSP URL of your cam by email.
However we can't connect to your cam. It does not reply on port 8081.
Simple telnet test was failed:
Code:
telnet host 8081
Please share your cam to public and open port 8081, then we will be able to connect and check.

RTSP stream is not stable. Sometimes we are able to play it in VLC.
Sometimes it is failed. For example, right now stream is unavailable.
Please setup persistent access to the RTSP stream and make sure it is running from another external network and VLC player.

thank you for your help.

I found another problem not a network.
ip-cam software is not compliant RFC2326.
I fixed it slightly, but maybe there are still a lot of problems.
by the way, can I ask questions of licenses here?
