Can't browse in Chrome

I installed Flashphoner Web Call Server followed the manual .And i also started already webcallserver service. But can't browse in Chrome browser.
How should i do any suggestion? Another issue is can't activation the license even after the deactivation. Anyone who know how to do plz suggest me.

1. Make sure WCS server is up:

ps aux | grep WebCallServer

Should display WCS process, for example:

ps aux | grep WebCallServer
root      5627  1.2  3.3 3040660 266268 ?      Sl   05:35  10:03 java -Dloader.path=/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.231-c3e8f376f09d60e33f0281ed406b3525df13921c/lib/tbs-commons.jar ........

2. Make sure ports 8888 and 8443 are listening:

netstat -nlp | grep java | grep -P '8888|8443'

3. Make sure that TCP port 8888 is available and open for connection from your desktop:

telnet host 8888
