Can't get new RTSP stream to work in WCS

We are attempting to integrate a new line of devices into our application, but I'm unable to get the RTSP stream to work. I've tried (unsuccessfully) to register the new stream with our current WCS but being that it's configured for H.265, I'm not sure if that's causing an issue, and I cannot alter our production WCS as it is configured for our current devices.

I have tried using the demo.flashphoner server (as early as today), but the stream failed there as well. Would you be able to search the logs for "rtsp://awscamserver.wlius.com" and tell me if you see anything? You most likely won't be able to test the RTSP stream yourself as it's a session-authenticated URL based off of our device license key, and the session expires several times a day.

I was able to get the stream to work in VLC but I didn't recognize anything weird in the codec details.

Any help you could give would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Good day.
We see No common codecs message in server logs. The possible reason is in camera audio codecs. Please provide a permanent 24/7 RTSP URL for us to test using this private form. If this is impossible, please collect a traffic dump:
1. Start Wireshark on PC
2. Start traffic recording
3. Start playing the problem stream in VLC
4. Play it for 1 minute
5. Stop VLC
6. Stop traffic recording in Wireshark
7. Save the dump file
Then, send the dump file using this private form. If this is more than 30M, place it to a cloud drive (Google Drive, OneDrive etc) and send the link in the form.

I posted a RTSP link in your private forum and gave instructions on how to renew the session if lost.
Thank you!

Unfortunately, we cannot connect to the stream even when generating a new session id:

Please check if the stream URL is correct or collect a traffic dump as we described.

Tested again. VLC can connect to the stream, but can't play it (seems like no media data sent by camera)

We raised the ticket WCS-4276 to fix a connection problem, but we cannot fully test the case if even VLC can't play.

Hi, sorry for the late response. Got sidetracked with holidays and other issues.
The test unit is back on. It's possible you may have to try a couple of times to get it to show up in VLC, but I was able to get it to work just now.

We still receive no data received in 10s permanently. Please collect a traffic dump at your side as we described.

I've shut down our test device that was providing the stream. If you need it for further testing, let me know as this is a metered cell connection.
