Choppy sound

We have a user who starts a screen share + microphone and after 4-5 hours of continuous streaming the sound starts sounding choppy. Not sure what to check on the server but the top command gives me the following output which looks odd to me.

What do you suggest to check the next time it does that?

Please zip and send following
1) WCS_HOME/conf
2) WCS_HOME/logs/server_logs/flashphoner.log.2017-06-10-06
Note, we need logs covering these 4-5 hours.
Example:
flashphoner.log.2017-06-10-06
2017 - year
06 -month
10 - day
06 - hour
You can send zipped logs to logs@flashphoner.com
We will check.

We have received 7.4 GB of logs.
This archive is too large at it may take a time to download and unzip this.
Please make sure you added logs for selected hours only. Not all old logs.

Currently it takes a lot of time to download and unzip such a big archive.
Please send SSH access to logs@flashphoner.com
We will check logs immediately on the server.
Please provide time interval (in server time) when it happened.
