Failed by ICE timeout

I'm tying to do stream recording but I'm getting this error: "Failed by ICE timeout", I don't know what is it.
Please help me to fix this issue.

Please zip and send following files to logs@flashphoner.com

• WCS_HOME/conf
• WCS_HOME/logs/server_logs/flashphoner.log
• ifconfig

Make sure your logs reflect date and time of issue and has the "Failed by ICE timeout" message.
