Hi Max,

Flashphoner load balancer documentation (http://docs.flashphoner.com/display/WCS/Load+balancing) is not accessible to end-user and asking for login, can you please give us another documentation link regarding the same.

You use a wrong link, this doc is avaliable here https://docs.flashphoner.com/display/WCS52EN/Load+balancing
But this function is obsoleted and is not supported any more. Use third party load balancer instead.
