Gathering debug logs and sending reports

Gathering debug logs
1. Enable debug logs
Add
Code:
client_log_level=DEBUG
to WCS_HOME/conf/flashphoner.properties
2. Restart WCS server
Code:
service webcallserver restart
3. Run pcap capture
Code:
tcpdump -i any -s 4096 -w log.pcap
4. Make your test
Reproduce your issue here.
5. Stop pcap capture
Press
Code:
CTRL+C
6. Find out debug logs
Today logs:
Code:
cd /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/logs/client_logs/{date}
Sort log folders by modified time to see folders containing latest connections.

13i19gto2ob34utrfs6v2er1it-11-11-11 is a debug log folder for first Websocket connection.
7g2hq7ah5sda3r108917v15k4c-11-10-46 is a debug log folder for second Websocket connection.
Preparing a report
  1. Debug logs.
  2. WCS_HOME/logs/server_logs/flashphoner.log
  3. WCS_HOME/logs/server_logs/flashphoner_manager.log
  4. WCS_HOME/conf
  5. ifconfig
Sending
