How to activate license manual, not make terminal, i use xampp

Why?

These messages are information, they not concern an activation and should not scare you.
The only difference between trial and commercial licenses is that the trial one works for 30 days and adds Flashphoner logo in any stream published on server.
You can activate your license from command line, as described in documentation, or from web interface of your WCS server:
1. Log in to web interface https://host:8888/, on first start it asks you for license number and admin password. On this step you can activate trial license, or commercial if you already buy it.
2. In web interface main window, choose "License" menu item. Deactivate trial license, then enter your commercial license number.

webrtc - unknown device audioinput id
is for debugging purposes and will be removed.
This message is not relevant to activation.
But, if your WCS installation is not activated, it will not work at all. So you have to activate it as described in this message.
