If I purchase the paid version of Flashphoner, how many users will be able to connect, and what will the price be? Currently, I am using the trial version of Flashphoner, which only allows 10 users to connect.

WCS is a self-hosted software. The number of connections is limited by network bandwidth and hardware of your VPS or physical server.
There is no program limitation.

Rough calculation.
1 stream 720 p = 2 Mbit per second
250 streams will utilize 500 Mbit per second bandwidth
20% is reserved for peaks
--
200 streams for 500 Mbit bandwidth.

Therefore 1 general purpose server with a link 500 Mbps will be limited with 200 streams (viewers) roughly.

Use iperf to check your real bandwidth
