iOS Safari switch camera issue

When I'm trying to switch the camera during publishing state, the publisher video goes black and the camera indicator goes red.
We are using Web SDK on iOS Cordova App.

Any suggestions?

Please check with our default sample Media Devices first

We checked iphone x, ios 14.6 safari

Switching works fine during publishing with default configuration. Just press Connect, Publish, Play, Switch Camera.
