License Activation Issue

Hello, I upgraded one of our licenses to version 5.2.1002 to help with an RTSP digest authorization issue. After installing, it asked for the license key again, but gave me an error "The license xxxx is already activated. Please deactivate...."

Please let me know where I can post (securely) our existing license key for this installation.

Good day.
Unfortunately, we cannot access the server using SSH credentials you've provided. The license key seems to be already activated on some server. So please try to deactivate the license

cd /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/bin/deactivate.sh
