looking for developers

    i am in need for a contact center solution, where agents will be able to serve clients logged into the company
    -----web site
    ----mobile app
    and ask for help, by pressing a contact button on these channels. where an agent will have a chat, or video conference with the client to help him navigate or do his business.
    The solution should be on-premise in house, NOT on th cloud, and have a recording of all the interaction that the agent has done audio, video, chat and web.
    it looks like the media server of flashphoner can handle this, and installed on-premise, but not as a plug and play!!
    Can this type of solution be implemented in that media server, and what does it take???
    appreciate any help offered or leads on developers or solutions in the market

    This type of solution can be implemented using Web Call Server with chat rooms and stream mixer functionality.

    Web Call Server is the solution intended for such developers. Also, WCS can be integrated with other VoIP solutions listed in post you linked above, we have Twilio and Plivo integration experience proven by clients for example.
