Not able to send stream from sip to wowza server

Hi,
i am able to connect to my sip successfully but the connection is not forwarded to rtmp i see no incoming stream

What is your number of build?
Try to update to the latest one:

service webcallserver update

Make sure you have open UDP ports [31000-32000] for SIP/RTP traffic.
If it still does not work, please send SIP details to logs@flashphoner.com.
Your SIP server should auto-answer with video. Then we will able to test this.
So please send:

• SIP details for the call
• SSH access to your WCS server
• Dashboard access to your WCS server
• RTMP target URL

We are connecting to audio bridge using SIP (Plivo) does this work with video only? our requirement is audio only

We tested
audio+video
and
audio only

If you test audio only, you have to set:

video_enabled=false

in flashphoner.properties config
