Phone UI call transfer

we have purchased a full license and we are using Phone UI for web form calls, but we are unable to use call forwarding. the transfer poup opens, we enter the number (a voip number from the same supplier as the caller), but the "music hold remains" (on first number called) and the call is not actually transferred. how can we solve the problem?.

Hello

Make sure your service provider (SIP provider) supports https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5589
This is call transferring specification.

Please provide 3 (three) SIP accounts where we can reproduce the transfer issue.
You can send account details using the Private Form

Please provide SSH access to the server using the same Private Form
Or prepare server report (logs must be collected using this script) and share the report via the same Private Form.

We can't recommend a certain SIP service provider. You can ask your SIP provider about RFC 5589 support for call transfer. Most software PBX support this specification.
