private key issue

Hi,
I have certificate purchased from namecheap.com and also have mapped the aws flashphoner server to new domain. When i upload t he private key, i have an issue, the issue you can see in the screenshot.

Hello
Make sure your private key is not encrypted.
Open the private key file in a text editor and check headers.
If you see ENCRYPTED, it should be decrypted manually before upload.

I am uploading decrypted private key received by the provider, still i have same issue.
