Problems while activating

I'm trying to activate call testing (servers are inside a local network behind the firewall, clients are in the Internet)
But when I activate the trial version, the connection error pops out.
1) If there some specific settings of the firewall I should make?
2) Is constant connection to the license server is reuqired?
I use th following server for my activation attempts: my.flashphoner.com:443
connecting via HTTPS.

Permit HTTPS connections. Thats' all.

2) Is constant connection to the license server is reuqired?

No. The connection is required only upon activation.
