Remote bandwidth event

Hi
We are using video chat application and sometimes the remote party has poor bandwidth and we face connection issue, is there any way that we can find this through an event that remote side has poor bandwidth connection so we can inform this to the remote user to improve his connection bandwidth?

Thank you for the response, but we are looking for a bad width degradation indicator from client side to WCS, mostly the client side mobile phone data bandwidth degrades and causes the video to freeze, the server side bandwidth are mostly stable.

The channel quality checking method mentioned above is based on difference between bitrates on clent side and server side, both for publisher and player. If bitrate sent is bigger than received one, that means the channel is bad. This is the only method to check a channel quality.
