rtmp re publishing not working since last update

hello
just updated to latest wcs version, and rtmp republishing to wowza stopped working
publishing from windows 7, chrome 65 to wowza 4 on ubuntu server

wcs error log:

We have checked the latest version 3006
It works. Stream is publishing to Wowza.
We are able to play rtmp://46.101.139.105:1935/live/rtmp_4a81 from VLC
Please checkout attached screenshot.
Please provide ssh access to your testing server. We will check.
Please also clarify how do you test re-publishing. Screen Shots would be helpful.
