Please provide me a solution because my rtsp not planning on purchased simple flashphoner license

Could you please provide more information
- screenshots
- logs
- server version
- RTSP address

We will check.

If you have a fresh server installation you can try setting:

rtp_force_synchronization=true

in WCS_HOME/conf/flashphoner.properties
Generally it resolves RTSP issues.
