Server Errors - Urgent

Hello!

We are totally stopped.
2 servers, located on 2 different regions, are returning FAILED once attempt to start webcams.
Mixer not start
RTMP publish - not working
But we can access administrative area

Our license renew 19 every month.
Its still 19 here, so we have our license suspended before renew date

This is REALLY not GOOD.
As we have anothers servers WCS running we just change license number and back to work.
