Clients, don't have audio via flashphoner. Does flashphoner have a recommendation which ports are necessary to open in the firewall settings?

Please, write which version of WCS you are using:

cat <WCS home directory>/conf/WCS.version

and WebSDK version:

cat <WCS home directory>/client2/client.version

Tell us please, how users watch streams and in which browser it doesn’t work (not audio). And please perform test on the test server, publish and play stream.

Firewall rules do not affect sound only. The required network ports are listed in the documentation.
