Why do "service webcallserver check_update" and "service webcallserver update" not work anymore?

According to https://docs.flashphoner.com/display/WCS52EN/Release+notes the latest version is 5.2.245 but I get the following message:

We are aware of this issue and a new version WCS with the correct updates will be available in a few days (now new version is being tested).
You can update WCS manually:
1. Download the latest release build:

wget https://flashphoner.com/downloads/builds/WCS/5.2/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.246.tar.gz

2. Unpack a tar.gz file:

tar xvfz FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.246.tar.gz

3. And update:

 cd FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.246 && ./install.sh

Yes, WCS configuration will remian unchanged during update.
