Session cannot hold on windows 10 machine

Hi,
I've upgraded to the latest SDK and WebCallServer and I've found a very strange issue -
only on windows 10 the session is lagging, disconnects and has a lot of trouble.
Same network with windwos 11 machine - works perfect.
Anything you might think that causes issues with windwos 10 ?

Please reproduce the issue on a staging server and collect a report as described. Then, send the report using this private form.
Please also note that Windows 10 support ends soon, consider to use an actual system with full vendor support.
