We have checked logs.
Please try to update to the latest available version.

service webcallserver update

Once update is done and server restarted, please try again.
If you have any troubles, try the following settings in WCS_HOME/flashphoner.properties:
1.

video_enabled=false

2.

rtp_force_synchronization=true

3.

generate_av_for_ua=all

Try these three settings in different combinations.
If you use Twilio, make sure IP address of your WCS server is in Twilio whitelist.

Can you please provide us example for bluejeans.
We tried the following values in respected fields, but it doesn't work.

Domain field : sip.bjn.vc and in callee : Bluejeans meeting Id
