Unable to play stream with player demo

When trying to open a RTSP stream provided by one of my IP camera with your demo player (https://demo.flashphoner.com/client2/examples/demo/streaming/player/player.html), I get the following error: "Failed to connect to rtsp stream"

The status goes from ESTABLISHED to FAILED as shown in the attached PNG.

The streaming link I gave is formatted as:
rtsp://user:password@camIp:rtspPort/videomain

Am I doing something wrong?

Our demo player is hosted on our server demo.flashphoner.com
So WCS server is trying to connect to your RTSP URL.
If your RTSP URL is in LAN (local network), obviously connection will be failed.
Please share your RTSP URL. We'll check.
If it is confidential information, please send your RTSP URL to support@flashphoner.com
We'll check.

I installed WCS 5.1 on a local linux server of mine... I also got a free trial key.

Now, I can see the same page that your demo was showing off, but when I try to see my stream trough the player, it is indicated that the player is "PLAYING", but the only image I get is a grey loading screen.

The same goes for the embed player page... I only get a loading animation.

I have no problem opening this camera stream with VLC.
