unstable Mixer recording

Hi there,

Our customer has complaint that their WCS mixer recording function is having issues, although the connectivity used by video-chat API for both parties in video call is working ok, but the mixer recording gets issues in like one side video, video jerks, voice breaking etc in the recordings during playback ... kindly suggest how to address this as the customer is a financial institute and the recording is a must for central bank compliance... kindly advise a more robust mechanism to adapt ...

Hello

Try the following settings:

mixer_in_buffering_ms = 2000
mixer_incoming_time_rate_lower_threshold = 0.8
mixer_incoming_time_rate_upper_threshold = 1.2
It should improve quality of mixer output.

What is your WCS version and settings flashphoner.properties?
Please make the report (using report.sh script) and send via this private form.
