Thank you so much for getting back to me, your support is always fantastic

I am asking this as I have noticed that the quality of the recorded media has a very problems:

Server Version:
Linux, CentOS 7, WHM

Browser Version:
iOS 11, iPhone X, Safari 11

Issue/Observation:
1. Over all video is not completely clear and is always a little pixelated not allowing for the video to be crisp. (particularly when looking at text)
2. It takes a 4-5 seconds before the video stream becomes clearer
3. When moving the video around the video becomes very grainy

Question: Do you think we will ever be able to stream at 1080p style quality or higher rendering for 720p?

Please try 5.1 version
https://flashphoner.com/downloads/builds/WCS/5.1/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.1.3049.tar.gz
We tested and it looks better than 5.0.
You can also add setting

webrtc_cc_min_bitrate=500000

in WCS_HOME/conf/flashphoner.properties
to increase bottom boundary of bitrate set by server.
