Video player problem

Please clarify your case: OS version, browser version, has your PC webcam only, microphone only or has no media devices at all.
We have tried to reproduce it in Chrome 71 on Windows 10 on PC without any media devices (desktop with no mic and webcams connected), but Player example works (see screenshot attached).

I tested on Chrome 71 on a desktop that does not have an webcam or microphone connected.
I tested on the https://demo.flashphoner.com:
1) I started a stream on the Streamer example
2) I verified on the Player example on another web browser tab on the same laptop that the streaming works
3) Then from the desktop pc I tried to reproduce the streaming on the Player example and it did no play

1. Started a stream named "test" in Two Way Streaming example from laptop with mic and camera in Chrome 71.0.3578.98 on Windows 7 Pro SP1
2. Checked if translation works in Player window of Two Way Streaming example
3. Checked stream playback in Player example from desktop with no any mic and camera in Chrome 71.0.3578.98 on Windows 10 Pro build 1803. Player works, stream is played.
