video url not working in webview

Hello sir
i have a url https://liveteen.crakex.in/1day.html which is working fine when i run this on browser (desktop or android ) both
but when i use this url on anroid app webview. Video not showing.
its showing loader ........................................... infinite
can u please check this
and suggest what can i do for server side

Please specify, which version you're using: Android SDK, Android mobile devices, WCS, WebSDK.
Perhaps the problem is this. Application build with Android SDK 1.1 will run on Android 8 and higher. To support previous Android versions use Android SDK 1.0.
