if video quality little down and will get extreme smooth video
from which settings can do it

screenshare doing from widnows server 2019 with 200mbps dedicate server
on same datacenter flashphoner wcs server

same time around 200 users , because of max users are using cellular data so minimum data usage users can see video.

Good day.
If your WCS server and WebRTC stream source are in same datacenter, the stream quality is probably not a publishing but playback problem. So try to use WebRTC over TCP for playback, this helps to reduce channel lossess for viewers, but it may increase latency.

I'm using the screen sharing option.
Doing screen sharing of live video - wanted to play on my WCS server without any delay, If little video quality is down no problem just live I want and from where I can do it.

Try different resolution, bitrate and fps values both with UDP and TCP transport to see which would give better result. E.g., if bandwidth allows - increase bitrate and fps, and if bandwidth is low - decrease bitrate, fps and resolution.

You should set your own server IP-address or domain name here:

https://{your server domain name or IP address}:8444/client2/examples/demo/streaming/media_devices_manager/media_device_manager.html

because this is Media Devices example URL on your server.

video plays delay randomly, working video suddenly works fine
sometimes random it stops working and random start again.

I want however if user's internet speed low he will get low video quality but it must be live without deplay without stops video.

You need to check the video with from different parameters (the Media Devices example can be used for the tests):
